Gillian led an Understanding Bias training for our organization’s physician leaders.  The training was intensively eye-opening, and created a moment of powerful awareness and vulnerability for a group of individuals with big roles and big responsibilities.  The training also promoted an opportunity for self-reflection regarding all the bias throughout our organization.  We now have a better understanding of our own barriers and how we can overcome them. Inspirational to say the least!

In my opinion, Gillian's management training program can transform your work culture. Many managers go to training, but too often trainings are not connected to real work or to peers who understand the local culture. Gillian's management series was delivered with our unique needs in mind, and helped us build a common set of skills, vocabulary, and behavioral norms.

Over the years, I have used Gillian to facilitate more than 10 retreats. Each one has been different, each one phenomenal. She takes great care to ensure the events are educational, fun, and build lasting memories for the team.

The Coaching Circle program enabled my colleagues and me to learn how to coach and build the skills to do so. As a C-suite executive leader, the program helped me to more deeply understand the individual goals that my colleagues and my team members pursue. Moreover, the techniques within the program, such as role-playing as a coach, being coached, and observing were very beneficial. Gillian Simkiss is an engaged and skilled facilitator, sharing her expertise and insights throughout the workshops. I highly recommend this program.
